Every peptide we sell meets a minimum 99% purity as verified by High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). This is not self-reported — it is independently confirmed by a U.S.-based third-party analytical laboratory before any batch ships.

Additionally, all products undergo Mass Spectrometry (MS) verification to confirm molecular identity. You’re not just buying the right concentration — you’re buying the right molecule.

Certificate of Analysis (COA) available for every batch — on-demand.

We work with ISO-certified, independent U.S. laboratories with no commercial relationship to our suppliers. This independence is critical — a lab that profits from your peptide supplier has no incentive to flag a failing batch.

Many competitors conduct “in-house” testing or use affiliated labs. We consider that a conflict of interest. Our testing chain is fully arms-length: manufacturer → independent lab → us → you.

No financial ties between our labs and our suppliers.

Yes — every product page links directly to its current COA. If you received a specific lot number, contact us and we’ll provide the corresponding batch-specific report, typically within 48 hours.

We believe COA transparency is a baseline expectation, not a premium feature. If a supplier treats lab reports as proprietary, ask yourself why.

For our research-grade lyophilized products, we test for bacterial endotoxins (LAL testing) and aerobic microbial contamination. HPLC purity alone doesn’t tell you whether a peptide is safe to handle in a sterile research context — endotoxin presence can compromise experimental outcomes and cause significant biological responses.

This testing level is not industry standard — we include it because serious researchers require it.

We ship domestically across all 50 U.S. states, and internationally to a growing list of countries. All orders include discreet, laboratory-appropriate packaging with silica desiccant and cold packs for temperature-sensitive peptides.

We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum). We do not accept PayPal for research chemical orders due to processor restrictions in this category — this is standard across the industry and not a red flag.

All card transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We do not store card data on our servers.

If your order arrives damaged, compromised, or fails to arrive, we will reship at no additional cost. Due to the nature of research chemicals, we cannot accept returns of opened product — but we stand behind quality issues with a full replacement or store credit.

Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. We resolve most cases within 48 hours.

Research-grade refers to the intended use and regulatory classification, not a lower standard of purity. Our research-grade peptides meet or exceed 99% HPLC purity — equivalent to many pharmaceutical precursors.

The distinction is regulatory: pharmaceutical-grade compounds are manufactured under FDA-regulated GMP conditions with the intent of human therapeutic use. Research-grade compounds are manufactured for laboratory and investigational use, and are not approved for human administration. The chemistry is the same; the regulatory pathway and manufacturing audit trail differ.

Purity levels are comparable — the regulatory context is what differs.

General protocol for most peptides: use bacteriostatic water (BAC water) or sterile water depending on your experimental context. Add solvent slowly to the vial wall — do not inject directly onto the lyophilized cake to avoid denaturation.

Gently swirl; never vortex or shake vigorously. Allow full dissolution at room temperature before refrigerating reconstituted solution. Specific solubility guidance is provided on each product’s documentation page.

Reconstitution volume determines final concentration. Example: 2mg peptide + 2mL BAC water = 1mg/mL (1000mcg/mL) working solution.

Yes — peptides are biologically active molecules and subject to degradation via heat, light, oxidation, and moisture. Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides stored at -20°C in a dark, moisture-free environment can maintain integrity for 24–36 months.

Once reconstituted, most peptide solutions should be used within 28–60 days when refrigerated at 2–8°C. Visual cloudiness, color change, or precipitate formation may indicate degradation — when in doubt, discard and use fresh product. Never trust appearance alone; the only reliable verification is HPLC re-testing.

Lyophilized peptides should be transferred to -20°C freezer storage immediately if not being used within 2 weeks. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles — each cycle introduces thermal stress that accelerates degradation.

Lyophilized peptides are significantly more stable than reconstituted solutions during transit. Most freeze-dried peptides can withstand ambient temperatures for 1–2 weeks without meaningful degradation when sealed and protected from moisture.

For orders to high-temperature climates or during summer months, we automatically include insulated packaging and gel ice packs at no extra charge. If you’re in an area with extreme heat, select expedited shipping at checkout to minimize transit time.
