How orders are formed, priced, and processed.
Placing an item in your cart or clicking “checkout” does not constitute a binding order. An order is only accepted — and a contract formed — when we send you an order confirmation email following successful payment processing.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to involve misrepresented use, bulk quantities inconsistent with individual research, or payment anomalies. If we cancel a confirmed order, you will receive a full refund of any amount charged.

Which law governs disputes — and where they’re resolved.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users by email.
